And a happy one to you too! I already have sins to confess..... it started ok, 1 banana, 1 protein whey shake ( so far, so good) then I was too busy for a proper lunch so I just gobbled down 2 mini pork pies (!!!) and I have some neighbours coming in for a Christmas drink at 5pm, so more sins to come !
