I did it..at my goal weight

Today I reached my goal weight..done my 12 week plan this year..again..and I did it..I tried my little black dress which ive had in the wardrobe for so long..but it fits and zips all the way up ..so shocked..good luck everyone...dont give up...im still going to the gym every week and I love it..never thought I would say the word gym in a sentence for me, ever...

Well done! I too am pleased to report that as of last Sunday my weight is 12st 13lbs. My aim at the start of the year was to be in the 12 stone range and prior to starting this 12 week plan, I had been struggling to lose the last 7lbs. The plan has really concentrated my daily efforts and I am there now focussing on consolidation so that I settle into the mid 12 stone range which with the plan should be feasible despite the Christmas temptations coming up.
