Before going for a walk on a sunny day!

Hi everybody my mini goal was to get off pop and I am working on my 5th day and still feeling the withdrawals but that is ok. I am getting through it. And back on track and not overeating on my 5th day. I am proud I thought I would splurge on food getting off pop the starting of my mini goals of getting off sugar. I do not know why I thought that. all I know is I am doing what right for me. Keep you posted!!.

Keep going @wadestreet you can do this! Getting of the pop habit is a really positive step to take - even more so if it was not the diet variety.
