Can't tell you how excited I am. Today at WW the scales showed that the final pound to make a stone was gone, gone, gone. It has taken a whole year but. I was jolly determined not to give in, and here it is, my reward. Determined to lose another stone next year - and of course now I KNOW it can be done! Best wishes to each and everyone of our forum. Hi Latinia you must be chuffed to bits a whole stone gone and you know you can get rid of that last one! I'm really encouraged to read your post as sometimes I think it's taking me too long to lose the weight when in fact a stone in a year is brilliant! I like you patience and determination
