It's the end of day three and I am doing well. I've pushed myself to get outdoors and go for a walk and made healthier choices when it comes to food. I've also pushed myself to do at least my 10,000 steps each day which at the moment is tough but rewarding. I feel great afterwards.
I weigh myself Friday. I am actually looking forward to seeing that number for a change..
