Hi all - approx 3 months ago - started a new eating plan which basically entailed having dinner at lunch time (1pm) and tea at 6pm - taking a 30 mins walk every day (instead of every other day) - no cakes, chocolate, sweets but once a week (Scrabble night - 2 glasses of white wine, peanuts and crisps (small bowls)! so basically what has worked is moving dinner to lunch time and taking a walk every day and no sweets/cakes/chocolate! In 3 months I have lost almost 1 stone and my partner has done likewise.
