Well Sunday is mini goal day. So I am already on Monday knowing my goal is already set to work on. There are a couple goals working on sugars. Continuing Monday to Friday my 1/2 hour walk. And the one goal is the next several weeks working on giving up pop. It may take longer I am trying not to put a time limit on my mini goals. As well I am excited that couple of people from the bulimia forum contacted me which was nice.
