A beautiful Sunday

Well Sunday is mini goal day. So I am already on Monday knowing my goal is already set to work on. There are a couple goals working on sugars. Continuing Monday to Friday my 1/2 hour walk. And the one goal is the next several weeks working on giving up pop. It may take longer I am trying not to put a time limit on my mini goals. As well I am excited that couple of people from the bulimia forum contacted me which was nice.

  • Hi Wadestreet,

Really glad to hear that people in the bulimia forum have been in contact, and it's great to hear you are enjoying a beautiful Sunday! :-) Good luck with your goal to give up pop.

Hope you have a great day and a really good week ahead.

    Lowcal :-)

  • Thank-you kindly.

  • By seeking to introduce changes gradually, you're less likely to feel overwhelmed, while you figure what works and what doesn't.

Although the reduction of sugar and calorie intake are certainly helpful to your cause, there's no hard and fast rule (or timescale) as to how you achieve your goal.

Simply enjoy the freedom of being able to experiment, while you work towards settling upon a routine that produces the results you seek.

It's also great to hear that people on the bulimia forum have reached out to you, too. If anything, hopefully it demonstrates that you don't need to face the challenges alone.
