Hi there it is the weekend!

Well I decided to limit my walking to 5 days a week and want to make my lifestyle as normal an I can and achievable so Monday to Friday as my 1/2 hour walking plan. I have yet to have a simply goal for Monday. I know it should be about sugar for my small step to healthiness but I have the weekend to think about it towards my goal. Have a great day!!!

  • Good idea, small changes are the way to go and they need to be achievable as our health choices need to be for life. I started walking more in the summer and feel so much fitter now because of it. Keep us posted x
