Good Morning

I had great day with eating I have my encouragement again!! And got up early today for my walk at the track.

I was very nervous before my CBT I showed up an hour early haha. The session went well I was very tense because I do not know how to talk about myself and make my point across in a clear way to make sense.

On my way home I come to the conclusion anything worth doing is going to be hard at first to work through. The lady was very nice and it will take 2 sessions took get comfortable with each other. chat soon

  • Well done for doing your walking and for starting CBT. It does feel strange at first when you start talking about yourself but you will soon get the hang of it. I've been in group psychotherapy for seventeen months, is yours group CBT? :)

  • Yes it is CBT. But it is not a group it is one on one

  • There's lots you can read up on about CBT but you're right anything worth doing is worth doing well, slowly but surely one small change at a time, following the plan as it's laid out for you. Glad you've had a good day :)

  • Yes People that have known me for awhile said I have changed the past year so am hoping this will be another good change for me.
