I am pleased to say that I have lost another 2 pounds this week and feeling great. Well, apart from my thighs. I was reading a post the other day called "aerobics for beginners" and it got me thinking about doing some aerobics at home because I never find time to do outdoor exercise on weekdays, especially now its so dark in the evenings. So I followed a vid on Youtube, managed about 20mins of it, puffing and straining away, this was yesterday, and today I am aaaaaaaaaaaaching!!! It obviously worked though so I'm going to try it again.
I've had a great week, I've been really strict all week knowing that I was going Xmas shopping with my mum this weekend and wanted to treat us to lunch at our favorite cafe. I always get the same... cheese and chutney panini and a great big berry smoothie. I enjoyed every second of it
Once again I'm please to see that if I'm really good during the week then I can have a treat at the weekend and still lose weight. HOWEVER, this weekend will be very trying. It's the works Xmas do. I know I'll be good all week to save myself for a wonderful 3 course meal on Saturday night with the work gang (and I've gone for all the healthiest options on the pre-order) BUT I am worried about the boozing! it's not the calories in the booze that I'm worried about (I drink white wine and soda and don't need many to get merry), IT'S THE BINGEING the next day. I AM TERRIBLE when it comes to a hangover, eating everything in sight. I'm going to stock up the fridge before hand with loads of lovely fruit and soup but know very well from previous experience that all my will-power goes out the window when I have a hangover, not just for the next day either, I will be like that for a couple of days after. So this is going to be a really big challenge for me. Wish me luck!
Well done for starting to do aerobics at home via Youtube, you'll soon be fit as a fiddle 👍 Don't overdo it though, you don't want to do any damage.
You've obviously planned for this week very well fitting in the lunch by being more strict the rest of the week, perhaps try the same sort of thing for the weekend when you have the works xmas meal. Also maybe drink a lot of water to make the hangover less severe and thus you could have more control over what you eat the next day. Sometimes it can be in the way you approach things mentally, e.g. instead of saying I am terrible when it comes to a hangover, say to yourself I used to be terrible, but this time I am in control of what I put in my mouth. 👄
Whatever you end up doing, I hope you enjoy yourself and don't feel bad if you do gain a little, its not the end of the world 🌍 You can lose it again 👍
Very well done Rosa 😊🎉🎈😊 you have had an excellent weight loss and learnt many lean habits over the last 8 weeks 😊 Sustainability is all about dealing with high calorie days or weeks and getting back on top of thintgs afterwards 😊 Christmas is just once a year and if you lose less or STS, or even have a slight gain, the things you have learned over the last 8 weeks will carry you forwards, 😊😊
Have a lovely party 😊 I find a high protein cooked breakfast the morning after helps, I eat less overall through out the day tha way 😊
