Ugh, I am sick, yet again, for the 5th week running. It has started to clear up and I now have antibiotics. As I've been ill, I've been so unmotivated to stick anything healthy, which is a bit counterintuitive, I know.
Just getting annoyed about how many times I have to go, "right, this week, I will start again". It's weigh in later today, so I will not be surprised if I gain again!
Get so frustrated as to why I just can't seem to stick to it, I'm good for the first parts of the week, recording food, sticking in limits etc, then it's like I wake up half way during the week and forgotten everything I want to achieve and go fff it!
