Aerobics for beginners

christinemkapekele profile image

I would like to start living a healthy life by exercising I particularly wants to engage myself with aerobics I don't know where I can do it from. I try to wake out at home but am always tired after work and it puts me off. I am a fight I can do this I will not give up.

I would recommend doing Zumba. It doesn't matter if you can't dance or are not coordinated. The music is great and I can guarantee you will leave the class with a smile in your face. If you want to try it at home there are lots of Zumba routines to follow on utube. Enjoy!

Well done by doing what you do. Why not try walking with Leslie Sansome ( in your own home) you can get it up on YouTube she does different levels or you can get her DVD. the only other thing is go to your local Liesure center and see what they have to offer. Good luck what ever you try. -:)

I would also recommend Zumba, it is such a fun way to keep fit, nearly all of us in our group are over 50, but young Mum's join us too. Any dance is good, but time passes so quickly doing Zumba. It has replaced more boring stretch and tone session we used to have. Plus we get to use marakas and make a noise too!

If you have Amazon prime there are a few good keep fit programmes to do at home. I do the beginners step which is 25 minutes or the basic aerobics which is 45 minutes there are also 5 minute fat burning options that may fit in better for you. Good luck!
