Yesterday I got dressed to do my Friday run then sat down and had some coffee then some more. It was a proper dreich day as dull as dishwater and I just couldn't face a run and by late afternoon I had talked myself into needing a 'rest' day. Woke up this morning to grey skies but went out and did my 'Friday' run and half way through the sun came out - now I have to do my 'Friday' planks and strength exercises and I'll be back on track. I've found it really difficult over the past couple of days to stay motivated maybe it is these long periods with no sunshine? Hopefully, today's sunshine will give me a boost that I can take into next week
