ace surprise this week

hi all not been able to post for a couple of weeks been away on a training course and no acsses to scales and very poor internet conection, but had a very plesent surprise this morning lost 4 1/2lbs since my last weigh in. well happy.

going to see physiotherapist later today and im hoping she will let me get back on my bike, its been over 2 months since i last went out for a ride, heres hoping!
