I am thrilled! I've managed to lose 1.4 kg this week despite going out for tapas on one night and having a buffet on another. I dealt with the lunch buffet by avoiding alcohol and going up with a plate then moving away from the table, then listening to my appetite and not eating dinner after. I was able to enjoy the food without anxiety or any feelings of deprivation. A huge breakthrough for me and a massive relief as I had started to stagnate in my loss. Woooo!
