I am happy with my loss this morning and although it is not record breaking I did expect my weight loss to be slow as I think years of yo yo dieting has probably confused the hell out of my metabolism. I also have a chesty cough so not much exercise this week. I wanted to record that I'm happy and going in the right direction. 😊
Start 14 st 2 lb - 14.02
Week one 13 st 13 7/8 - 13 13.875
Week two 13 st 12 1/4 - 13 12.250 (hope this is correct)
Nearly 4 lb! Woohoo
I still socialised at the weekend and have felt satisfied after meals. Water intake could be better so will focus on this and increasing exercise this next week.
