This week's gone down the drain

I think my diverticulosis is flaring up. Had trouble all week and yesterday I was in terrible pain with it, defiantly nt exercising and I can't be bothered to cook tidy either. Really annoyed 😓😓😓

No idea I've been keeping a high fibre diet like the doctor said but they said now and again it will flare up, went to the doctors earlier and I've got antibiotics now so hopefully I'll feel better soon
