So here is a pic of 12 weeks time laps. On the first me weighing in at 22st 10lbs. The other today at 20st 10lbs. 2 stone gone. Starting to see very tiny differences but the best bit is feeling better in myself and getting too small for my clothes lol

I know :/ Pricey but fantastic. Have been popping things in the tumble dryer to shrink just to keep up lol
For cheap clothes for the interim, charity shops can be good. You have to look hard to find the good stuff, but it's better than constantly shelling out for new (smaller! ) sizes and you can donate them back when they're too big so they don't clog up your wardrobe.

What a difference 12 weeks can make!! 👏👏 My pompoms started shaking for you as soon as I logged on and read this. 😃 Your journey to health is already making you happier in yourself and WTG getting too small for your clothes. 👗 I found it easier (and cheaper) to pop to the charity shops for smaller clothes on my way to goal (not reached yet).
Your new, shiny badge looks lovely on you, and I look forward to waving my pompoms when you change it for the next, and the next, and so on. I know you will do it 👍

I take my hat off to you. every jouney starts with that first step and you are well on your way to reaching your goal. with the support of your family and everyone around you you will do it. Losing weight is far from easy sometimes and when I feel like giving in I think about all the benefits my weight loss is going to give me. My nephew has just lost over 9 stone, he's a different man and enjoying life so much more. if he can do it so can you so go for it girl, well done!
