Hi, I got fit star the other day,I really liked it but have used up my free weekly workouts. Was thinking of paying for the full version but was wondering if anyone knows of any free good ones on iPhones please?

Hi fingerscrossed

I, and a lot of others on the NHS Weight Loss forum, use MyFitnessPal which is free and can be used on both iPads and iPhones. It may not be quite what you are looking for, but you can also use it for calorie counting as well as logging your workouts.

If you want to follow a workout, perhaps use u-tube, I use this for walking indoors when the weather is too bad to walk outside.

I just googled 'Free fitness app for iPhone'. Others do come up in the search results. Good luck in finding the right one for you. 🍀

Thankyou, hadn't thought of just doing that. I have used my fitness pal before but use Fitbit app for calorie counting now so don't need another one.but will definitely look on YouTube.thankyou.
