I

Someone said to me ' wot no photo ' for a recipe that I tried to post in the recipe bit but don't think I managed either of those tasks, I did try. I'm far from the exchange, I have just under one byte of signal when it's working at all and must be costing my provider a fortune in routers, I think I'm on my third this year. It is endlessly frustrating. However, many thanks for all the uplifting replies to other peoples problems, being here at all is a big help to a bird of little will power. With all those sturdy determined people out there I feel positive ( most of the time ) and that there's a good solid rock behind me. Have a good weekend everyone, enjoy the colours.

A fairly innocuous pudding that I often have :

Four heaped teaspoons of Onken Youghurt ( not low fat, don't like it as much ) on top of eight frozen and thawed cherries. Both easily available for supermarkets, and according to my reckoning 80 calories.

I know how you feel Sonja, we don't even have broadband here. We've found a dongle to be much more successful, as we can't get wifi to work at all :)

Keep up the viewing, for shots of motivation to keep your willpower going and keep posting your recipes, pictures, or not :)

Many thanks, it seems impossible that others can be worse off in this electronic age, I'll stop whining - until next time, and keep my eyes glued to the messages.

Incidentally I picked up a booklet in Sainsburys about their pre ordered stuff for Christmas, one of which was a walnut, lentil and stilton pudding with red currant sauce which shouldn't be too difficult to copy. I might even buy one. It costs £8 and weighs 750 g. Could swap the stilton with Feta which, and you may not know this, when left half consumed and lost at the back of the fridge for a month or so tastes not unlike a good nutty cheddar.

Have a good day.

Oh yum! That sounds delicious! You should definitely post a recipe for that! :)

I didn't know that about feta, but I shall bear it in mind for the future! :D

Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
