1pound to go and I will have lost 4 stone since nov 13th last year .Missed the weigh in as am having frantic time with decluttering my house ready for move mid dec consequently down to 9st 12lb as no time to eat! I think that's 1pound down from last week my lowest yet. Not really a good way to lose but i'll take it anyway, still eating the healthy way so it is actually working , hope everyone out there is enjoying the fantastic autumn weather and colours of trees here in east Anglia . enjoy the lovely autumn produce best wishes x

I can sympathise.. the last time I moved house, I think I ate on the run for weeks and stress levels reached heights previously unknown to mankind! I vowed then never to do it again. Good luck with the move and hope you'll be very happy in your new home.
