Hi everyone, Just came across this site while I was looking for tips to lose weight, wants to be able to get quite a lot of weight off. Have tried several times in the past but always put it back on. I kind of know what I should do in terms of food intake but never have will power long enough to keep it going. What does everyone else do?? One good thing I think I am doing at the moment is running 3 times a week but have not loss any weight as my food intake is not right, and I need to get back on track.
