back again!

so I haven't posted on here in a long while but I am back! I checked my bmi using the NHS calculator tool and found my bmi was 29.5!! I know I desperately need to lose weight to become more healthy and throughout the year so far I have been going the gym then stopped going because I wasn't seeing any results. This time round I need to stay focused and be more patient with myself!

    I know you're not technically a newbie, but I don't think a newbie sightseeing tour would be a bad thing :)

    Head over to the Pinned Posts and Topics and familiarise yourself with all the changes that have occurred since you last posted :)

    Join the challenges and the monday group weigh-in, which Lowcal and myself post on alternate weeks, so if you follow both of us, you'll always be assured of a notification when we post the threads. The latest thread can be found in the Events section and is open until 6pm Friday :)

  • Be kind to yourself 29.5 is not that far away from 25 in bmi terms, you know and can share if you wish how much weight you need to lose.

    Having the motivation and determination to change is what counts!
