Tortilla Crisps!

Made these after seeing them on the change for life app and have to say they are really yummy! I did plain old salt and pepper. Only downside is they are slightly dry but would be great with a dip. Also only around 130 calories for 40g (one tortilla). Might try this with wholemeal and sweet chilli tortillas. Will have a pack tomorrow with my chicken tikka salad :-)

  • Yummy! Id like to try making kale or celeriac crisps although im not sure how that would turn out!

  • They aren't claiming they are healthy because they are low-fat are they? High-glycaemic foods (or any foods that spike insulin/IGF-1) cause visceral fat in the body which is far more harmful than ingesting natural fat.
