Last month I decided enough was enough. I've been on the larger side all my life, but my weight hit a new high and I wasn't feeling healthy in myself, wasn't sleeping right, and just wasn't enjoying life to the fullest. So three weeks ago I completely changed my diet - cut out "white carbs" (white bread, potatoes, white rice, wheat pasta) and started eating less processed/packaged foods and doing meal prepping at the weekend. In just three weeks I've lost 13lbs - I've never been so excited! I just signed myself up to the gym yesterday, going to start going to classes and really try my hardest to keep shedding the pounds. If anyone has any suggestions for what classes I might enjoy most, please let me know!
