The cold in the familly from the past few weeks has finally claimed me as its next victim! Sore throat, feeling tired and blocked nose has meant I havent been able to go biking since Sunday but feel fine to eat so have still been eating healthy and not had crisps for a week! (Trying to slowly cut out more processed type foods like crisps and chocolate!)
I think biking in the cold whilst unable to breathe properly would not only make me feel miserable but also worsen the cold! Thankfully starting to feel better but missing my bike! Also means I probably wont have any kms for the km zero challenge as cant find my pedometer :(. Never would have thought I would be sad about not exersizing a few months ago!
On another note, can anyone recommend any low cal hot chocolates? I want to get some for when I have a craving for chocolate!
