What a feeling, made my first stone weight loss and love that inner joy ! It's a big thankyou to this forum and lots of people's honesty and journeys. Did it by recording everything I ate and increased excersie, no sugar at all for 5weeks and it has had an affect my mood . I did have down days but managed to come to the site for a pick me up. Only 2 more stones to go !!!!

That is brilliant....equivalent to 28 packets of butter that you no longer have to carry around with you...your knees will certainly benefit from that reduced load :-)

You've done marvellous. Well done. I have only just started on the journey of losing excess weight and getting fitter. It's comments like yours that give us motivation. Did you record the things you ate on an app? If so which one? Once again well done!

Hi, all I had was a note book where I wrote everything, what I ate on one side and what excersie I did on the opposite side. Three meals with two snacks in between. Only had snacks if I was hungry. Thanks

Great idea! I started writing daily 'steps' in my food diary, now the page is half and half as I eat less but exercise a lot more!!! Lol 😂

Well done its agreat feeling when you achieve and as each week goes by you will be even more focused to achieving your goal I've still got over 3 1/2 stone too lose but this site is so supportive so here to our next goal another 14lbs off good luck 😄😄😄😄
