Starting the week well :)

I'm so proud of myself- this week I've been investing time in getting my health in order. I've started scrap booking again and I've set a page aside a page for every week until my 30th birthday so I can include recipes that are both yummy and low fat and my progress too. I've got a target in mind that is realistic and long-term. And I've had a good start to the week :) I can already feel that whereas my tummy felt unhappy from all the unhealthy food I was eating before, it's now started to feel better within the space of a few days. And if that's the effect that can happen I'm just imagining the benefits that will take place as a result of weeks or months of taking better care of myself. Bring it on!
