Have been alcohol free for 10 days and feel like my clothes fit better already!!
Need to start eating healthier and exercising more and am choosing a new bicycle this week. It's part of a cycle to work plan and as I only work 3 miles away I'm going for it!!
I also weighed myself (sob)😢😂 but it needed to be done 😉 so...I love FB so I'm going to try and keep this healthy journal type diary going too .
