Today I have started again at the gym after my holiday. I don't want my weight to stand still and I am determined that I will shed at least 7 stone before my holiday to Spain next July. So totally new routine starting today. I'm starting doing strength training with weights in the gym and I'm working on a 40/30/30 daily split between Protein/Carbs and Fat. A new routine gives me a huge motivational boost for the next step of this journey.
