Hi All, hope you are all good.
So this is day 6. I didn't post for the past few days because I didn't have time to do it. But I am however doing very well. I stick to the 12 week plan and I see improvement. There is a weight change on the scale and it is a massive one but I know that to begin with it is the water, unprocessed food etc but I definitely feel so much better - lighter for sure!
I just had a breakfast - extra smooth porridge with honey, almond butter and coconut oil topped with some berries. Yummy, healthy and small portion fills me up!
