Just had to share that today I reached my pen ultimate goal. I have now lost seven stone in total. I feel amazing! 😁😁😁

Thank you. It's not always been easy and sometimes I have had to deviate off course due to stormy weather BUT if you want it badly enough then it's yours for the taking.

Thankyou yes it does feel great when clothes get too big but I still have to meet that one person that says "wow you have lost weight" I think I will probably shout from the rooftops when that happens lol. 😃

Well to be honest it was two years. Not always plain sailing and I fell by the wayside a few times but I was determined to succeed. Only another 12 lbs to go to my goal weight!!!

Okay, so crying shamelessly now. I was just one of those people who said "I can't do it". Thanks to this wonderful site of Health Unlocked who supported me through the good times and the bad.

My plan is my lifestyle that I have changed over the past two years. I don't always deny myself treats, I just work them in accordingly. I love going to the gym twice a week and have my personal trainer twice a week. I will keep it up. Basically nothing will change. I don't think I will ever get below 10 stone no matter how hard I try. ! Good luck to you X
