Day 1 Week 1

Day 1 Week 1

Hello everybody, How are you all doing today?

I am really motivated and I started my day today with a healthy breakfast. It was easy to make, I found the recipe at the Change4Life website and it was delicious. For lunch I used one of their recipes as well and it was very nice and tasty.

Breakfast: Smart beans on toast

Lunch: Tuna and potato salad

I am a pescetarian - I don't eat meat but I eat fish.

I am definitely sticking to this 12 week plan.

  • Yummy. ☺

  • Hi Karolina,

This looks delicious, do you know the name of the dish so people can look it up on the Change4Life website?

Great that you're enjoying the NHS 12 week plan, and here's to many more delicious healthy recipes!

Just putting in a link to the Change4Life website, incase people want to look up some recipes from there as well:

    Lowcal :-)

  • Silly me!

    Breakfast: Smart beans on toast

    Lunch: Tuna and potato salad

  • You can edit your post if you want to - and I don't know if you have put it in the Topic of Meals/snacks/recipes, as that's an option you can use for any post - then it is included in the topic so it's easily found by people searching for lovely recipe and meal ideas. Not sure if you've done that already, but I wanted to let you know it's an option to consider. :-)

  • Oh my, not a good start for me! I have to have a good read over this page before I post something again! :(

  • I don't think people realise there's the option to categorise by topic, as it's a fairly new feature, so don't worry - I am just suggesting it - as you can change it easily - the edit button is to the right of the 'Like' button (I think) and then you can make any edits you want to, including choosing a topic to place your post in. :-)

  • I did that :) edited my post and added a category. Thank you for all your tips!

  • Great job, your post will be there in the Topic category now, which is great for others to find easily! :-)

  • You are doing great Karolina (my name, too!), keep up the good work!
