I've been trying to lose weight since the start of the year and it was going well until June where one week went on holiday and next week was my birthday and then I was giving myself treats. I don't seem to have the motivation to lose weight since then until Friday when it's a year to go until I'm a bridesmaid.
I would love to have a lovely dress for the wedding and not stand up there with other bridesmaids and the bride who are all a lot skinnier than me.
My ultimate goal is to be a size 10/12 and to have a lovely pair of Levi jeans. My mini goals to be aim to be a dress size smaller. My first mini goal to be a size 18.
Any tips or motivation are always welcome
