Well after two days 'in the wilderness' so to speak or just off plan! Back on the bike literally and metaphorically. 8.5 mile bike ride with my hubby, shh don't tell him I barely broke a sweat and could probably do the same ride again. But my £2.37 eBay Strictly Fit DVD arrived yesterday so I'll be dancing round the lounge later - with the curtains drawn!!!

That's great SportyGirl75 - off the wagon then back on again, only in your case it's a 🚲bike :)

Enjoy your Strictly Fit DVD, I dance round the kitchen to the radio💃. Don't draw the curtains, let your neighbours be envious of this energetic, lively lady! At this rate, you'll be down into the 16s before you know it :D

Good luck for the Monday weigh-in 🍀

Well done you - in a much more gentle fashion I did manage an hour's wander around French Weir Park with himself this morning in the sunshine - not bad for an old crock with a rubbish knee and useless feet - still strictly on plan food wise and hoping to ramp up the exercise this week
