Just wanted to share that I completed week 9 run 3 of the couch 25k programme today. Am so pleased! πŸ˜€ Never thought I would ever be able to run for 30 mins but I now can. Hurrah!!! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I think it's the mental achievement as well as feeling fitter. I can run! Who would have thought it.

Just shows that even the the most unlikely things are possible....

I felt good after every run to be honest because I was so surprised that it could take you from zero to 30 mins. It really does work! Now I've got to keep going though....

Really well done! Having dipped my toe in the c25k yesterday with my first week one run I cannot imagine getting to that stage. So inspiring to see stories like these. Well done on becoming a runner and completing it. What an achievement.

Stick with it and just do what Laura tells you to do.... (it's best not to look at what's in store and you just follow her instructions). it's very cleverly crafted, so you don't even realise that you are making progress. Hope you enjoy it! I definitely feel a lot fitter and aim to keep going.
