So, the last few weeks I have barely exercised. Combination of factors but today I had a light bulb moment. Instead of standing watching my youngest at football training why don't I use that time to squeeze in some exercise? So I did. I downloaded the first C25k podcast and I did it. It was cold, pouring with rain and I barely felt like I was moving as I was sooooo slow! But I completed that first run (walk?!), still had time to watch my son play and have a chat with the other parents. It felt great and hopefully the start of making it easy to exercise so that it fits in with everything else rather than a chore that needs crow barring into my life (time always seems to be the biggest obstacle).
