Well after that huge bowl of kedgeree i've only had a cup of Highlights hot chocolate for 40 calories bringing my daily total to 1524. This is the end of my very first week on the plan and I'm excited to see what tomorrow morning's weigh-in will bring - early night as I'm shattered
