Wow, has it really been two weeks already? Sorry I haven't posted for the last couple of days, I've have some bad news that has completely floored me so I've just shut myself in and ignored the outside world for a couple of days. Its a good job I've got a psychiatrist appointment this week lol.
So I have gained a pound in the last week but can't say that I am surprised, I thought it would have been more lol.
On a positive note, remember the job interview I went for last week? Well I am doing a trial shift on Wednesday to see how everything works out - wish me luck!
Today is the last day of my Nutrition and Wellbeing course, I have learnt a lot from it but not what I thought I would. It involves a lot of statistics and government guidelines but when I started it I thought is was going to be more about making better choices.
Hope you have all got a good week ahead planned x

Many Congratulations on doing so well with your job interview last week, and I hope your trial shift goes really well on Wednesday. Wishing you luck!
Glad you've learned a lot on your Nutrition and Wellbeing course, even if it wasn't quite what you thought it would be.
I know you've had a challenging week, and I'm sorry you've had to contend with some bad news, and I hope your appointment is useful and that you manage to cope with everything.
Sorry you have had a rough time lately but on the positive 1lb! you have done well, that's not even worth bothering with. Good luck hope the job trial goes well for you and it's what you want to do yourself.
Best wishes Bev🌞
Hello
Well done for sticking to healthy eating for 14 days, impressive.
Just keep plodding along, weight can be gained very easily; water retention, too much salt, exercise, totm, heat etc!
Lots of positive things that hopefully in some ways might offset some of your difficulties. I hope the course wasn't too sciency that would put me off too. Good luck with your shift
