Hi Everyone! You may have come across these tips already, but in case you haven't here goes: 1. Start the day with the juice of a whole lemon squeezed into a glass of warm water. It helps your body burn the fat apparently! 2. Eat apples. Snack on them between meals. The pectin in them helps stop your body's cells absorbing fat (that was news to me!) 3. Cut out sugar (it's hidden everywhere, in fruit juice, bread and even in muesli and so called healthy cereal bars!). Hope those 3 ideas help you too! Just thought of a 4th tips, ditch all white carbs!
