back at the gym after a whole year

HEYYYY GUYS HOPE YOUR DOING WELL

JUST A BRIEF SUMMARAY LAST AUGUST TILL NOVEMEBR 2015 I MANAGED TO LOSE OVER 20LB HOWEVER STOPPED GOING GYM AND PILED BACK ALL THE WEIGH

BUT GUESS WHAT IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP THIS TIME AS I AM DETERMINED TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BE IN THE BEST OF HEALTH

PLEASE LEAVE ME SOME TIP DOWN BELOW TO HELP ME GET STARTED AND STAY MOTIVATED

    I know you're not technically a newbie, but I think the information is still pertinent to you :)

    Take a look at the Pinned Posts section, to the right of your screen (bottom, if you're using a mobile) and have a look at the Welcome Newbies thread.

    Look at the Topics section beneath that, for posts that could answer any questions you may have. Consider joining any, or all, of our challenges, as they're fun and motivating.
