Just into week 3.
Have been uploading my calories etc to nutracheck. Still don't feel I know what I'm doing yet. Have joined the Monday weigh-in and have been going to the gym.
I have lost a little weight & amazingly 5cm off my waist. But have many food intolerances/allergies so am often swollen. I am currently awaiting allergy tests. Anyhoo, my friend suggested I take some before photos & I've decided to take her advice before I lose anymore & post them here. A bit nervous but here goes...
