I was going to post this at the end of September but posting now as those planks may have killed me by then! Humidity really high for my run this morning but I did manage to sprint for the last minute which I must admit felt great. I'm away for two weeks from this Saturday but intend on taking my weights with me and carry on as normal. If moreless or Lowcal are reading this - if I ever manage to stay in a plank for 60 seconds I want a medal even if I've put weight on!
