Week 2

Well I have got to the end of week 2 this week has been a little bit more difficult as it was my wedding anniversary on Tuesday and we did go out for a meal (my husband thought it would be a nice surprise as we have been married for 14 years). Had a bit of a stressful week at work but got on the scales this week and have lost a 1lb which makes it 5lb in two weeks so I am feeling quite pleased with myself. Did do a bit more exercise this week and managed to beat my step total everyday on my fit bit. So as they onwards and upwards for next week.

Well done for sticking to healthy eating, a treat here and there is not a problem if you're following a healthy life style the rest of the time. :)

There are plenty of yummy real foods that don't spike insulin.

Happy Anniversary and well done on reaching the end of week two 😊 The longer you stay on plan the easier it gets 😊 5 lb in 2 weeks is an excellent weight loss, we don't suddenly gain excess weight and cannot expect to lose it instantly either
