I often fall short in my attempt to drink 3 half litre bottles of refrigerated tap water a day. I said to Caz28 in yesterday's "last-few-pounds-club" thread that I was going to color code the bottles and see if that helps - I'm always trying to play tricks on my mind Well, it worked yesterday and today I'm halfway through my 'yellow' bottle and it's only lunch time.

Good idea. I need to drink more fluids too! I have good phases when I brew a jug of fruit tea with lemon juice and sweetners and cool it in the fridge. Frozen bottles of it is very refreshing. I will start doing that again.
