hello newbie. started my weight loss 6 weeks ago...lost 10kg...start weight 94kg...currently at 93kg...target is 60kg. taking vitamin supplements and doing step energetic 2 times a week and daily energetic few miles walk. finding it difficult to exercise due to unfit and weight carried. had put the weight on 2 stone in the past year...and 2 stone over the previous 2 years approximately. now given up eggs dairy products and vegan completely...had put weight on i believe due to overindulgence in soft blue high fat cheese eaten a small packet daily with large portion of bread in addition to 2 meals a day. age 57. 5 foot 3 inches. started at 94kg target is 60 kilos. this picture is what i started at..94 kg...horrible. i have just taken another photo of 6 weeks later at 84 kg.
