I'm new here

I have Menieres Disease and have had it for 6 years. I want to take up running again so went to see my GP yesterday, he said I could as long as I was in a safe place and that someone was with me and I did it gradually. He was going to take my blood pressure but the monitor was missing, he told me to go & have it checked in the chemist, I did, the first reading was 150/81 the second was 147/83. I want to loose some weight as well.
