Our wedding was the perfect day - Brilliant weather and everything went smoothly.
The build up to it meant that I took my eye off the ball as far as healthy choices was concerned so I now need to get back on track, starting Monday, or maybe Tuesday as we are hosting a party at our house for the family 
But I will weigh in on Monday and see what damage has been done !

Yes DD once the celebrations are over. It has been quite exhausting ad we have eaten out a lot and not stuck to our normal routine so everything went out of the window

Thank you Claire, yes time to start again to try and hit a new target by November 1st when we go to Cyprus for a month Not sure what that will be until I weigh in on Monday !

Congrats to you both, you're looking very trim, John! I'll be back for a 12 week reboot tomorrow, I finished the last one at 16st 10lb, down from 19st 11lb, and our month in France has hoisted me up to 17st 8lb (worth every ounce 😎)! You've got yourself a good looking lady there, John, hope you're not going to abandon us?! 😃
