Hi everyone,
Wanted to informed you about my painful knee which is feeling much better now .Doing muscle strengthening exercises .
Had an appointment and physiotherapist was quite sure that these exercises will be the solution for my knee pain .
Now much improvement so no worries had went out for a walk for 3 miles on normal pace.
Hoping good for next.

Feeling much better thank God.
I told physio that I am running with intervals of walking and running he said it's fine. Keep doing the exercises.
I will wait a bit more but will carry-on walking daily.
