Eek! Birthday/wedding celebrations!!

Today is the day of my 29th birthday. I can't pretend that I'll be eating a varied and healthy diet today because for one day I'm going to enjoy my birthday and my friend's wedding that I'll be attending today. Although in a funny way, I'm looking forward to tomorrow and my fresh start as much! A clean slate to get my health where I want and need it to be. One day more and then it's ON!

Life would be miserable if you didn't have anything to look forward too or celebrate. Healthy eating is a positive life choice but it's so good to let your hair down every now and then. Having the odd day here and there won't make the slightest difference to your long term plans.
